Lawyers say media publicity about Teina Pora's wrongful conviction is likely to bias a jury in a retrial of Malcolm Rewa

After two trials that ended in hung juries, Rewa has again been charged with Susan Burdett's murder and his trial is scheduled for next year.
However, his lawyer Paul Chambers argues a recent film about the case - and other media coverage - could prevent a fair trial.
He says TVNZ are taking the film down from their website in the next 10 days, but the movie already has an IMDB page.
