Fletcher Building's plans to put up nearly five-hundred homes on an historic reserve in Auckland have been put on ice for three months

The company's consent to build at the Otuataua Stonefields Historic Reserve is being challenged by a community group in the Environment Court.
A two-day hearing wrapped last Tuesday, and the Judge is taking at least three months to decide.
Save Our Unique Landscape spokesperson Delwyn Roberts says Fletcher has been stopped from conducting any work, until the decision comes back.
