Yesterday, Cabinet received a coroner's report showing deaths related to the
drug rose to 45 over the past month.
Lewis Jones lost his son, Callum, in September last year after he took
synthetic cannabis, a drug he was addicted to for five years.
He says that police are restricted in their ability to
stop synthetic drug dealers due to a lack of policy.
Lewis Jones says consequences are so low, drug dealers can be arrested one
day and start up again the next.
Lewis Jones says that there are limited rehabilitation programmes available
to help synthetic drug addicts.
