    A teenage boy is apparently behind the two attacks in the Waikato Hospital staff carpark on Friday

    A teenage boy is apparently behind the two attacks in the Waikato Hospital staff carpark on Friday


    The first attack happened around four in the afternoon, and the second happened shortly after.

    The 13-year-old has been referred to youth aid in relation to the attacks.
