Hawke's Bay Seafood's directors and factory manager have pleaded guilty to
130 charges relating to the under-reporting and falsifying of documents.
It's estimated the company made 253 thousand dollars from selling the fish,
and avoided more than 200-thousand dollars in fees.
The Crown is seeking 1.5million dollars in fines - but the company's lawyer
says that's far too high.
He's instead suggesting 600-thousand dollars.
The argument's being heard in the Wellington District Court.
