However, Justice Simon Moore says a hearing will have to be held if the pair
continue to seek suppression beyond their next court appearance in October.
A 28 year old woman and a co-accused are charged with the murder of Northland
College student Dimetrius Pairama.
The 17 year old's body was found in Mangere last month.
An autopsy revealed she died the day before her body was found.
