Wellington's small businesses could be bearing the brunt of changes to its public transport system

Greater Wellington Regional Council members have discussed the changes and accept there are problems.
They've committed to fixing capacity issues on some popular routes, reliability and transfer issues.
It comes as residents remain fed-up with overcrowding and delays on some services.
City councillor Simon Woolf, who holds the small business portfolio, says the economic side of the city's been affected by delays as well.
He says one cafe was 130 coffees down one day last week, and believes it's because of the public transport network
