World number one Dustin Johnson is well placed to challenge the lead held by fellow American Rickie Fowler in the first round of the PGA Championship in Missouri

Fowler went out early and has the clubhouse lead on five under par, two shots
clear of his nearest challengers.
New Zealand's Ryan Fox has carded a two under 68 and is currently tied for
ninth, three shots off the lead.
Johnson is two under par midway through his round with the course favouring
the long hitters.
Rory McIlroy and Tiger Woods have both carded even par 70s.
