    Two men have been arrested in connection to a spate of crimes in Whangarei


    In June, Police received more than 84 reports of significant damage to their vehicles.

    Police are still dealing with over a hundred complaints of vehicles having tyres slashed or being set alight.

    Two men - aged 26 and 28 - have been arrested and charged.

    They'll appear in the Whangarei District Court on 20 August.
