House prices have risen all over the country in the last year... except Auckland

The Real Estate Institute says outside of Auckland, median sales prices rose
8.6 per cent annually around the country.
Auckland is is stable, falling 0.1 percent.
Auckland's median sales price in the last 12 months is 835-thousand.
The average for the rest of the country combined is 455-thousand.
REINZ chief executive Bindi Norwell says Auckland's levelled off nicely.
She says we're generally in a good spot - but still not meeting demand.
Bindi Norwell says we need to build more houses, or homes will become more
unaffordable.
