Silver Ferns selectors are giving Kayla Cullen the time she needs to get right

Silver Ferns selectors are giving Kayla Cullen the time she needs to get right

The mid-courter has been battling a knee injury for most of 2018 and missed the Commonwealth Games and ANZ Premiership.

Cullen was also left out of the 17-strong Silver Ferns squad for the upcoming international season as selectors believe she'll benefit from having the rest of the year off to get her body right.

Kayla Cullen will still have next year's ANZ Premiership to put her case forward for world cup selection.
