The reigning premiers lost captain Cameron Smith with back spasms in the first half of their win over the Parramatta Eels.
Coach Craig Bellamy says they'll know more in the coming days, though doesn't think it's too serious.
Of more concern, prop Nelson Asofa-Solomona has been diagnosed with ankle syndesmosis, while back-up hooker Brandon Smith is believed to have suffered a serious knee injury.
