    It's hoped goat's milk will be the next big thing in the infant formula market


    A new 30-million dollar Government programme is looking at ways to grow the goat milk industry.

    Dairy Goat Cooperative chief executive, David Hemara, says there's huge potential in the market.

    He says the programme will allow for significant investment in scientific research into the benefits of goat's milk for infants.
