With wing Rieko Ioane injured, All Blacks make up for second Bledisloe Cup test interesting
With wing Rieko Ioane out injured, the make up of the All Blacks back three for the second Bledisloe Cup test in Auckland is expected to be of great interest
23 August 2018
Rugby Editor Nigel Yalden believes the simple solution is a straight swap,
where Nehe Milner-Skudder starts on the left wing, thus leaving the rest of the
back three unaffected.
Given Waisake Naholo's effectiveness on the right wing in Sydney, the
selectors could go a tweak and move him to the left and start Milner-Skudder on
the right, where's he's played the majority of his test rugby to date.
However if the selectors want to give either Jordie Barrett or Damian
McKenzie a run at fullback, Ben Smith would need to shift to the right and
Naholo to the left.
