ACT's David Seymour isn't on board with former residential red zone owners getting a 100-percent payout of the 2007/08 rateable value for their homes from the government.
But Megan Woods says it's a zoning decision, not an insurance decision... and a clean-up job after the previous Government unlawfully distinguished between insured and uninsured property.
She says no one should take from this - I won't bother with insurance because the government will bail me out.
