Tom Walsh feels he's getting close to his magic number, but probably won't hit it this weekend

The kiwi shotputter is competing at the season-ending Continental Cup in
Ostrava where he'll have another crack at surpassing the 23 metre mark.

Walsh says he never knows for certain when a big throws going to come and
when it does he's often caught slightly by surprise.

He says he's probably got a better chance of getting there next year and just
has to keep up what's got him where he is currently.

The shot put starts at 6:52am tomorrow morning.
