    The Americas have claimed victory at the IAAF Continental Cup in the Czech Republic


    They've secured the overall title ahead of Europe, with Asia Pacific third
    and Africa fourth.

    Angie Petty has been the only Kiwi in action on the second and final day of
    competition, finishing fifth in the 800 metres.

    Petty has clocked two minutes one point two six seconds in the final, more
    than six seconds behind the winner, South Africa's Caster Semenya.
