An electricity expert thinks consumers are subsidising the power costs of big businesses

The Electricity Pricing Review has found over the past 28 years, household power prices went up 79 percent, and commercial prices dropped 24 percent.
Save A Watt CEO Tim Rudkin says businesses have a massive negotiating advantage compared to a household.
He says businesses are bigger users, more financially literate, and they pay staff to manage costs and shop around.
