A mixed day for New Zealand at the Rowing World Championships in Bulgaria

A mixed day for New Zealand at the Rowing World Championships in Bulgaria

Women's single sculler Hannah Osbourne has finished second in her repechage
to reach the semi finals while the lightweight men's double have finished
second in their quarter final to reach the semis.

But the women's and men's eights have finished third and fourth respectively
in their heats and face repechages.

Men's eight crew member Brook Robertson says the conditions were tricky.

He says the tail wind picked up at the start of the morning and as the day
went on it ended up being horrible head wind conditions and they had to cancel
the rest of the day's racing.

The men's singles sculls quarter finals and men's pair quarters will now be
    raced tonight.
