    New Zealand's housing market now ranks as the second most overvalued in the developed world...behind only Hong Kong


    An Oxford Economics report also says we're fifth most at risk of a collapse, in the OECD.

    The report also warns there's an established pattern of significant housing slumps, following boom periods.
