The governing body has completed an investigation into an altercation after two fans used "offensive language in criticising players" following Australia's loss to Argentina on the Gold Coast.
The incident occurred in the reserves seating at the bottom of the grandstand, where players were greeted by family members.
A spectator allegedly pushed Tui's sister.
The altercation added to an emotional week after Tui's stepfather died on Wednesday.
