Jacinda Ardern was the keynote speaker at the annual Social Good Summit and told her audience there needs to be a culture change in the workplace.
She says there needs to be an acceptance that mothers and children are part of our workplaces.
Ardern says if that doesn't happen, nothing will change.
The Prime Minister says if she can achieve that culture change she'll feel as though she's achieved something.
