It's unlikely school children who fell ill after inhaling compost fumes will experience ongoing effects - but they will be monitored

Ten children were hospitalised after a fresh, hot load of compost was dumped near South End School in Carterton.
Wairarapa Area Commander Inspector Scott Miller says when they got to hospital their symptoms were low-level.
He says ongoing effects are extremely unlikely.
But he says both the school and parents, with medical advice, will keep a close eye on them.
