    Two hundred and 50 kilos of beef and pork mince sold from Pak n Save Glen Innes is being recalled after a staff member dropped their mobile phone into a mincer


    The product was packed two days ago .. and Foodstuffs says it was contrary to approved protocols.

    A Foodstuffs spokesperson says the team responsible will be re-trained to ensure it doesn't happen again.

    MPI has issued a recall due to the presence of glass, plastic and metal in the mince.
