Greater Wellington Regional Councillors say they've listened to commuters' pain and will make changes to the city's bus network

Eight public meetings have been held to give people the chance to provide feedback, and report summarising it has been tabled at council meeting today.
Councillor Sue Kedgley says the lesson is not to be defensive, but to listen to customers.
The top three issues identified in the report are reliability, capacity and timeliness.
Councillor Ian McKinnon says the fourth issue is safety.
He says adults and children have been stranded at bus stops - and people have missed hospital appointments.
