Hamish Bond faces the prospect of putting in more effort for less gain to conquer cycling's time trial

The double Olympic rowing champion finished 25th - nearly five minutes adrift of Australian winner Rohan Dennis at the road cycling world championships.
He says his next objectives are daunting if he's to improve.
Bond says to get to the Olympic podium will require at least as much effort as he's put into the first two years.
Patrick Bevin finished eighth in the event, and will now join George Bennett, Sam Bewley and Dion Smith in the road race on Monday.
