Workers are refusing to work outside contracted hours and are making sure workers take all breaks through the day.
The rolling industrial action comes after a nationwide strike last week ... and a lack of progress in talks with the Ministry.

He says they want an across the board pay increase, to have the pay system sorted, and serious work on the gender pay gap.
The planned action is set to continue until October 19.
