A brutal crash has prompted Sarah Walker to play it safe in the final BMX world cup event of the year

Walker has finished eighth in Argentina, having finished on the podium at the penultimate event 24 hours earlier..

She says a crash in a different quarterfinal resulted in a racer being stretchered off, before their blood had to be cleaned off the track.

Walker says the images of the crash stuck with her when she got to race her final, so she decided to play it smart.
