The 2014 world champion singles sculler has re-joined the Rowing New Zealand team, after walking away from the sport following a fourth placing at the 2016 Olympics.
Twigg says she will try to win back her single sculls spot from incumbent Hannah Osborne, but could also be happy in a crew.
She says if she's in an eight where the team inspires her to get out bed every morning then that would be awesome, but if she's in the single then that would be awesome too.
