New Zealand Football's President has fallen on his sword

Unlike former CEO Andy Martin, Deryck Shaw has resigned rather than retired.
Shaw has been under overwhelming pressure for several months, with the damning Muir report which revealed issues with the conduct and culture of New Zealand Football, prompting calls for him to step down.
American Magic helmsman Dean Barker is lamenting the fact there are only three confirmed challengers for the 2021 America's Cup.
The former Team New Zealand skipper is expected to helm the New York Yacht's club's challenge in Auckland.
It's thought there won't be a French Challenge this time around.
While the Cup holders are in talks with a second potential Italian challenge, Barker thinks any newcomers will struggle to be competitive.
Taupo's been awarded the hosting rights for the Ironman 70.3 World Championships in two years time.
The event, traditionally known as a half-Ironman, will be held in November 2020.
