The end of an era in Bay of Plenty rugby
18 October 2018
Two ex-All Blacks have announced their retirements from the sport, after 15 year careers in the Bay and around the world.
Flanker Tanerau Latimer and first five Mike Delany have announced their retirements at last night's Awards dinner.
Latimer played all five of his tests in 2009, while Delany's only cap came against Italy in the same year.
Both signed off with a final season for the Steamers this year, however in some symmetry they were both plagued by injuries.
