Tongan coach Kristian Woolf wants to see equal benefits if his side is to make the step up to tier one status

Tonga are currently a tier two nation, with Australia, New Zealand and England the only tier one countries.
Speaking ahead of tomorrow's test against the Kangaroos, Woolf says they're currently in a difficult situation as they still require help in terms of benefits and conditions tier one nations enjoy that they don't.
He says while it's great they get the opportunities, they've still got a fight on their hands in terms of conditions that are equal to other teams.
