A call for greater consistency in our food sector to keep tourists happy

The latest ANZ Food and Agri-tourism Industry Insights report is out.
It shows our food and beverage experience ranks second lowest when it comes to visitor satisfaction, due to a lack of variety and quality, and perceived high costs.
ANZ head of food and beverage Rob Simcic says it's not about quality across the whole sector.
He says it's more around consistency.
He says when we travel around New Zealand, there are some fantastic food experiences but there are some not so fantastic ones too.
