NZEI Te Riu Roa members have overwhelmingly voted in favour of national rolling strikes, in the week starting November 12.
It follows a national strike in August, and members' rejection of a second offer by the Ministry last month.
NZEI president, Lynda Stuart says because there's now a strike looming, they're able to apply to the Employment Relations Authority for a facilitator.
She says both parties are applying and members are resolute about moving forward.
