An attempt to put a stop to lightning strikes at our courts has failed

The Ministry of Justice has lost its bid to get an injunction against the short-notice industrial action by the Public Service Association.
It had raised "serious concerns" about the health and safety risks of lightning strikes... but the Employment Court has ruled they're lawful.
The PSA says the court's decision lifts any barriers to further short-notice strike action, with notice periods as short as half an hour.
