The Malaysia-based airline says it will stop flying between Auckland and the Gold Coast from February 11th.
Spokesman Kris Taute says it was a difficult decision to suspend the services.
However, he says the airline wants to focus on core markets such as Australia, India, China and Japan.
The airline is advising the thousands of affected Kiwi passengers to call its "Customer Happiness" team.
