Coach Glenn Moore's excited to put one of his backline experiments to the test when the Black Ferns face France this morning

Usual first-five Ruahei Demant has pushed out to second-five, with Krysten Cottrell starting in the 10 jersey.

Moore says the move has been in the pipeline for a while.

He says they tried it for a period of time against the USA and thought it worked well and will help around aspects like kicking.

Kick off from Toulon's at 9am.
