It's the first centre to see disruption, as thousands take part in rolling nationwide strikes this week.
As they strike, there'll be meetings to consider the Ministry's latest pay offer.
On the table is a three per cent pay increase a year, over three years - plus an additional pay step and partial removal of a cap on qualifications for some teachers.
Teacher at Auckland's Gladstone Primary Kahli Oliveira says if it was just about remuneration, it would be a good deal.
She says it doesn't address key areas like recruitment and retention, workloads and teacher stress.
