Letting fees are banned come next month, but one company's already rolled out a scheme to replace them

Quinovic has announced a 'tenancy fee' of 550-dollars - to be paid by the landlord.
Property Institute chief executive Ashley Church says it's one of the main differences between the old and the new.
However, he says in some cases those costs will be passed on in the form of higher rent - which means it's still a short term game for tenants.
