While it's been second time unlucky for Hannah Wilkinson, she's feeling better prepared this time around

The Football Ferns striker is currently recovering from a torn anterior cruciate ligament in her right knee, suffered playing for her club in Sweden.

Wilkinson suffered the exact same injury to her left knee in 2015.

Wilkinson says having gone through the road to recovery before's made a big difference.

She says not just her physical rehabilitation but for her mental state too and knowing so much about it makes a huge difference.

Wilkinson's hopeful of being back playing by April.
