Frustration from Raglan locals as the search for a missing teenager continues

A 17-year-old has been missing since just after midday yesterday after being swept from the rocks at a dangerous fishing spot.
People who know the Papanui Point area well are upset that safety equipment used to help people who get into trouble in the water isn't there when it's needed.
Raglan Sport Fishing Club Secretary Sheryl Hart says they've put a lot of safety equipment at the spot over the years, but it keeps going missing.
She says they've put life rings and rope out there in the past but it gets ripped off.
Hart says it's now at the point where they've decided to leave the area as it is and what will be, will be.
