Another short turnaround for the New Zealand Breakers in their Australian Basketball League campaign

Another short turnaround for the New Zealand Breakers in their Australian Basketball League campaign

They face the Kings in Sydney this evening, after suffering a seven-point loss to Melbourne in Invercargill on Friday.

It's the second straight weekend the Breakers have played in New Zealand on the Friday before travelling to Australia for a Sunday game.

Assistant coach Michael Fitchett says although the short turnarounds are tough, it's the nature of the league.

He says Sydney were able to beat them last time with a short turnaround, and is hoping his side can return the favour.

    Tip-off's at 7:20pm.
