Justice Kit Toogood also found Craig was defamed by blogger Cameron Slater, but didn't award costs.
The aspirant MP wants that awarded in his favour.
Craig has hired a Queens Counsel to fight his case - he represented himself at the High Court trial. He's also seeking a retrial for damages from Slater unless he agrees to settle.
Craig's claiming Justice Toogood erred in a number of areas, including that he moderately-seriously sexually harassed MacGregor.
