Even as he prepares to round the bend onto the home straight of his All Blacks coaching career - Steve Hansen's striving to be better

Hansen will finish in the role at the end of next year's Rugby World Cup and currently has an 87 percent winning record as head coach with 85 wins from 98 tests.
As part of the wider team since 2004, the All Blacks had a 86 percent winning record with 173 wins from 201 tests.
Hansen says if a coach has the ability to keep learning and an open mind, they're always going to get better.
He says there's no doubt he's a far better coach today than he was yesterday and will continue to be a better coach next year because of what he's learnt.
