Cronulla coach Shane Flanagan has been de-registered by the NRL

Cronulla coach Shane Flanagan has been de-registered by the NRL

Flanagan has been booted for breaching the terms of his 2014 suspension over their supplements saga by communicating with the club over player contract matters.

The first cricket test between the Black Caps and Sri Lanka at the Basin Reserve has been declared a draw .

Rain began to fall at 1:25pm, 55 minutes after the players belatedly took the field for day five after a 90 minute rain delay.

    Play was unable to resume.

Sri Lanka was 287 for three in their second innings, nine runs in arrears.

A delay into the independent review of the Black Sticks Women's team environment.

It was tentatively set down to be released tomorrow, but Hockey New Zealand says they expect it to be completed early next year.
