    Black Jack has taken the early advantage in the Sydney to Hobart yacht race


    The Supermaxi has been first out of the Sydney Heads after a thrilling five-way battle in Sydney Harbour.

    It took the Mark-Bradford skippered yacht, which also has Kiwi America's Cup winner Brad Butterworth on board, just over 13 minutes to get out and into open water.

    Behind Black Jack was InfoTrack, Wild Oats XI , Scallywagg, Winning Appliances and defending champion Comanche .
