    A simple wish for the Sri Lankan cricket team in today's third dead-rubber one-day international against New Zealand in Nelson today - concede less runs


    The visitors' have been belted for totals of 371 and 319 during the first two matches, resulting in 45 and 21-run losses respectively.

    In the seven completed ODIs involving the Black Caps at Saxton Oval, a score of 300 has not been reached - but two neutral World Cup matches saw all teams reach the ODI benchmark.

    Sri Lankan batsman Dinesh Chandimal outlines their plan.
