Double Seven Services ran a viticulture labour contracting firm - and paid employees on completed work.
During a spot visit by the labour inspector, it was found the company failed to keep records, paid several employees below minimum wage - and didn't give others leave or pay public holiday rates.
Along with the fines, the company has been ordered to back pay workers about 12-thousand-600-dollars.
