    Mental application has been a key driver behind Breakers big man Shawn Long's recent output in the Australian Basketball League


    The US import has been in great form of late, leading the Breakers to victory with 28 and 33 point performances in their past two games.

    Long says his pre-game routine has become important to get him ready to perform.

    He says zoning out and getting locked in for the game has been a major key to his success.

    The Breakers area to the Sydney Kings from 9:43pm.
