Four companies related to Tauranga's failed Bella Vista Homes development owe almost 270 thousand dollars to creditors

Four companies related to Tauranga's failed Bella Vista Homes development owe almost 270 thousand dollars to creditors

Liquidators are targeting more than a hundred thousand dollars' worth of assets to pay off some of the debt.

Project Management Limited, Live Wire Limited, Lakes Engineering Limited and Ground Effects Limited were all put into liquidation in November by the largest creditor - IRD.

It's claiming more than 170 thousand dollars in GST, KiwiSaver contributions and PAYE.

The list of unsecured creditors includes businesses from Tauranga and around New Zealand.
